Participants will understand how to engage & encourage children to learn yoga at their own pace and have FUN during the process. Participants will actively move through the motions of teaching children yoga in moments that will support & strengthen children’s confidence, self- esteem, & healthy coping skills. No previous yoga experience is necessary!
The three most important aspects of Mini Me Yoga include:
1) Empowerment…of not only children but adults too!
2) All of the learnings incorporate PLAY!
3) It is research based! Yoga and Mindfulness is proven to promote positive mental health for all of us, if used a few times each week, in as little as 15 minutes
