In most difficult conversations, there are different perceptions of the same reality at play. You may believe you are right and the person with whom you work with believes they are right. What is sometimes difficult to see is that what the other person is saying may also make sense.
In this interactive two hour session, we will explore how our perceptions influence our thinking and work relationships, as well as effective strategies for engaging in authentic (and sometimes difficult) conversations in the workplace. Come prepared to reflect, share and laugh!
