Carya will discuss how caring for children is an activity that needs to be balanced with your personal care. In order to give the best of you, you need to live the best for you!
Participants will discuss the value of their work with children and families and the importance of building brains. Educators need to be willing, ready, and able to perform everyday all day. Participants will learn to create strategies and skills best suited for them to recharge while they are building brains!
