What is it?
A one day training which teaches supervisors how to identify and manage risk as well as improve program quality through the use of the scientifically validated QUEST 2 Tool.
Who is it for?
Supervisors of programs for children aged 6-12.
Why does it matter?
Supervisors learn to be proactive instead of reactive to risk management. They will be able to identify areas of strength and weakness in programming, communicate action plans to staff, and measure improvement in the quality of programs for children.
