Hello! I’m McKayla and I’m an Active Play Coordinator. I’m happy to be back at TOPP Kids after a short time away. I am a Level 1 ECE and believe that every child is special and unique, and that they all deserve equal opportunity and encouragement. Seeing their success and celebrating that with them is priceless.
Being born and raised in Calgary, I love that I can see the Rocky Mountains at any time. Whenever possible, I like to go for an adventure drive towards the mountains, in the random countryside, or a drive in Calgary to explore my own city! Having grandparents that live in a very small town outside Calgary, I’ve grown up watching the prairie go
by and seeing nature surprises in what others see as plain grassland and trees. Did you know Fish Creek Park has pheasants, coyotes, and small weasels that live there? Take some time to sit quietly and you might see them too! I am a dedicated Blue Jays fan and will forever mourn the loss of Kevin Kiermaier and being able to greet him with
“Heeeey Kevin…”
I am back on the TOPP Kids team and look forward to teaching your kids as well as learning so much from each of
them too.
