Hi, this is Alisha. She grew up in a house with 9 siblings, so she received an early education in the sharing of limited resources, the virtue of patience and the art of selective deafness. She has always had a way with kids and now should feel lucky to do it for her job.
She loves knowing every child and allowing each one to be who they are – the super shy one ,the extremely talkative one or the kid who finds any knock knock joke hilarious.
She wants to be someone children can rely on but she also makes sure they feel safe being themselves. with love (and a lot of energy to spare), she’s never afraid to grow and learn right along with the kids. She loves watching them problem solve their way through the work and become more confident on a daily basis, occasional explosions of pride notwithstanding.
