Hi Families! My name is Ashley and I am so excited to be a part of the TOPP KIDSteam.
I am an Active Play Coordinator with a deep passion for supporting children’s growth through connection, creativity and fun! My approach is rooted in creating safe, engaging environments where children feel encouraged to explore, build confidence, and develop meaningful relationships. I believe that play is one of the most powerful tools for learning, and I strive to bring energy, empathy, and intention into my workplace everyday.
I have my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, which has shaped my understanding of child development and behavior. Before transitioning into child education, I worked closely with adults with disabilities, an experience that strengthened my patience, adaptability, and commitment to inclusive care.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors, playing guitar, and painting. I live in Auburn Bay with my husband and our two cats, Nuka and Pinch.
