Hello, my name is Bindu. I am a mother of three and grandmother of two, originally from Punjab, India, and moved to Canada in 1993. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in English, a Bachelor of Education, a Master of Arts in English, and a Master of Education, and I have a deep passion for teaching and working with children.
As an Active Play Coordinator, I combine play-and-learn methods with sensory, motor, and cognitive activities to support children’s holistic development. I create tailored programs, maintain developmental records, and foster a nurturing environment.
My teaching journey began as an English lecturer in India and has expanded to diverse age groups and educational settings. I hold an Alberta Child Care Supervisor Certificate (Level 3) and First Aid and CPR Certification, ensuring a safe and supportive environment while guiding children’s growth.
