Hi I’m Hailie! A Before and After School Active Play Coordinator with TOPP KIDS! I’m passionate about creating a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment while continuing to grow my skills and knowledge in childcare. I enjoy building positive connections with children and families through active play, creative avtivities, and guided exploration. Outside of work, I enjoy staying active, doing crafts, and spending time with my dogs. In the future, I hope to continue my career in early childhood education and become a preschool teacher.
