Preet is the Program Coordinator for our new TOPP KIDS program at Rosemont School. Originally from India, Preet moved to Canada in 2019 and brought with her a deep passion for supporting children, families, and community. She completed her Post-Graduate Diploma in Child and Youth Care at Bow Valley College and has spent more than four years working in child care, with a strong focus on out-of-school care programs. “In every child is the potential for greatness, waiting to be nurtured with kindness, love, and respect.” As a leader, Preet is kind, capable, and deeply knowledgeable. She leads with strong values, a calm confidence, and a clear commitment to creating a program where every child feels safe, welcomed, and valued. She believes in the power of play, laughter, learning, and growth as the foundation for meaningful childhood experiences. Preet also brings meaningful experience supporting children with diverse and inclusive needs. She understands the importance of patience, consistency, individualized support, and strong relationships when helping children feel successful in a program environment. Her skill in this area allows her to meet children where they are, celebrate their strengths, and create opportunities for every child to participate, connect, and thrive. Preet’s approach is rooted in relationship, respect, and community. Whether she is supporting her team, connecting with families, encouraging a child to try something new, or celebrating a child’s success, she brings warmth, intention, and professionalism to everything she does. She is committed to building a strong Rosemont community where children can develop confidence, friendships, independence, and a true sense of belonging. Outside of work, Preet enjoys connecting with nature, exploring the outdoors, and listening to spiritual music, which brings her peace and inspiration. She brings that same warmth, empathy, and grounded energy into her leadership every day.
