Family and School Interaction
Family and school partnerships are an integral part of our program. We extend the invitation to check out our program at any time by providing opportunities for our team, our schools, parents and children to get together and interact, such as our TOPP KIDS holiday parties and events, open houses, and volunteer opportunities. We also enjoy supporting school events and fundraisers.
TOPP KIDS is an inclusive program that caters to the needs of families from diverse backgrounds and cultures. We acknowledge and respect the values, beliefs, and the multicultural heritage of our society and strive to enrich our program by including diversity.
Convenience
The need for convenient childcare is growing. Having our locations based in the same elementary school that the children attend provides families with the ease and convenience of no outside travel time, and a location close to home. We remain open for P.D. Days, Teacher Conferences and Spring Break, and run a separate summer camp in July and August.
Leadership Program
Our leadership program teaches children the importance of becoming a citizen in their community. We believe that leadership in children can be nurtured and grown, helping them build confidence, learn responsibility, and find new interests. Every child gets an opportunity to be the leader of the day, and help regularly with programming and special events. Centre Features
Each of our clubs is organized into specific play centres. (Switch with edited version for parents). Each program rotates new features monthly and also boasts a maximum of 1:15 staff to child ratio in our Out of School Club and 1:10 ratio in our Kindergarten programs.

We Are Fully Accredited!
All of our TOPP KIDS Out Of School Clubs are fully accredited! Each centre undergoes the continuous, voluntary process of accreditation to ensure that we are committed to providing the highest standards of Early Childhood Education – far above Alberta licensing standards. TOPP KIDS is committed to providing the BEST quality care possible, and it is this ongoing pursuit that drives us.
