Gloria has a degree in Communication with 10+ years of experience developing and implementing external and internal marketing communication plans. As well as has five years of experience working in early childhood education, and holds an ECE level 1. Gloria has finished classes from Alberta Family Wellness on Basic Health
and Safety Concepts for Child Care Providers, and is certified in both standard first aid and CPR/AED level
C.
Additionally, she has put in place baby and toddler programs that fit the goals and strategic plan of the
Okotoks Public Library, fostering community involvement, and cater to the physical and cognitive development needs of the children.
At Bow Valley College, she is currently a student in a level 2 program where her studies are concentrated on early childhood documentation, planning and executing learning experiences, observation, recording, and interpretation, plus regulations and standards.
