OUR DAILY FLOW

Mornings

Afternoons

Snacks are not provided due to allergies. We recommend children to have a designated morning and afternoon snack packed specifically for TOPP KIDS. Please keep in mind that all of our programs are nut free!

We currently have full-day kindergarten programs at St. Philip F.A. School, Maple Ridge School, Evergreen School, Holy Child School, Bayside School, and McKenzie School, as well as before and after kindergarten care at all other locations. see our KINDI-Clubs page.

You bet! We’re not just inclusive we are integrative.

Some of the participants in our programs need help developing and growing their communities. Social skills and group interactions can be barriers to inclusion, and our Educators are in place in programs to help particularly with these children, but also in the group as a whole.

Although the children in our programs come from a larger community in the schools they attend, they do not necessarily come into our programs with a set inclusive community. Educators are trained to grow and foster this community and help children come together as a cohesive group.

We try to ensure that each child is striving toward reaching their greatest potential by helping to maintain their dignity in all situations, providing opportunities for relationship and community development and growth, giving each child responsibility within their individual capacity, and helping to grow and maintain self-esteem.

Community is actually right where you are! It is not something you can leave and go back to. It is where you journey, it is the path you walk. It is at home, on the bus, at work, at school, at a coffee shop or walking home. It is the people around you, wherever your day leads.’

  • We provide care during P.D. days, Teacher Conferences, and spring break!
  • We also provide extended care on Early Dismissal days.
  • We operate a Summer Camp at a separate location for July and August most years. We are closed on Statutory Holidays and during Winter Break.

RIGHT NOW! All of our programs are currently full and spots that come available for following years are determined in May of every year. Placing your child on the wait-list now will ensure they stay close to the top of that list and more likely to get in. Families are not charged when on the wait-list, only when accepted into the program.

  • We will only allow your child(ren) to walk home alone from our program if we have a note or phone call from a parent or guardian of that child. There must be a parent, guardian, or sibling at least 12 years old at home to receive your child. No unauthorized person shall be allowed to communicate this action to us.
  • TOPP KIDS is not liable if there is an incident while walking home.
